Slow Cooker Super Easy Chicken Taco Soup

Slow Cooker Super Easy Chicken Taco Soup | Little Kitchen, Big Bites

Ok girlfriend over at High Heels & Grills whipped up this recipe called 8 Can Taco Soup.  It could not be easier.  And for once, somehow, I took a very easy recipe and made it slightly more complicated.  Wtf, right?

But it was still so easy.  Like sinfully easy.  Like open a few cans, dump them in, and go easy.  And super flavorful and delicious.  And realllllly not that bad for you.  How amazing is that?

  1. OMG. This recipe is SO EASY! And tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. I used a can of green chile enchilada sauce and one large can of white chunk chicken (strained) instead of cooking the chicken breasts, making this the 8 can soup other commenters are talking about. I would also use tortilla strips for soups/salads instead of the tortilla, Makes the soup salty/crunchy. It is SO GOOD!

  2. I’m making this receipe right now! But started late in the day..can I cook on high? And for how long?
