Easy Nutella & Caramel Brownies

We know I don’t really do baking over here.  But we’re an office of women, so we celebrate all birthdays and special occasions with baked goods.  And when I find a delicious recipe like this one for a coworker who is obsessed with Nutella, I’ve got to try it.

I’ve also got to make the process easier at all times.  Baking on a weeknight {in addition to gym, dog walking, dinner making and spending time with Hubby} has to be simple, or it won’t happen.

This was super well received by the troops.  I was given a *perfect 10* by a group of women {and a couple of men} who could very seriously own their own uber successful bakery if the urge hit them.  And my normally-non-chocolate-lover Hubby begged me to bring home leftovers after taking a taste test.

  7. I’m all about easy so I hate it when I click on a delicious looking recipe and it’s completely made from scratch. While I love to bake from scratch I love a recipe that’s not afraid to use a mix. I’ll be trying these in the future. I’d love it if you shared these over at my link party. http://acraftycook.blogspot.com/2012/09/1-month-of-fun-september-link-party.html
