S’mores Sticks


Here’s another favorite from the past.  When you do see me with sweets, chances are that they’re treats that I can dip in chocolate, not stick in the oven.  Like these.

This was my favoritest of all of my favorite snacks that I made, inspired, as all things in my life are, by Pinterest and everyone’s crazy obsession with all things s’mores lately.  I wanted an easy, pre-made s’mores dish that my buds could eat in two bites without worrying about burning down my apartment complex.

  • ½ box of honey graham crackers
  • 1 jar of marshmallow fluff
  • 1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
  1. First, break all of the graham crackers in half so you have the little sticks
  2. Then shmear some marshmallow fluff on one graham cracker, and pop the other one on top so you have a little sandwich. Repeat until you have a bunch of little sandwiches.
  3. Before we get into the chocolate, get a cookie sheet ready by lining it with wax paper. Then, heat up your chocolate in the micro in a small-ish container. I usually heat my chocolate on the double broiler, but it's much easier for this one to have it higher up in the container to dip into.
  4. Dip each sandwich in the chocolate, and tap off extra chocolate, then pop them on the cookie sheet to dry.
  5. Once you're done with all of the sticks, put the cookie sheet in the fridge for 15 minutes or so, or until the chocolate is dry.
  6. Plate and enjoy!
